Website use, orders, and service terms

PowerHouse Juicing offers cold-pressed juices and may offer other food or wellness products. Products, ingredients, sizes, packaging, photographs, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Seasonal products and ingredients may be available only for limited periods.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, appearance, and packaging may vary because of screen settings, ingredient characteristics, seasonal variation, and normal production differences. Website images are illustrative and may not show the exact bottle received.

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability or price.

An order is an offer to purchase. PowerHouse Juicing may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery limitations, food-safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

An order is accepted only after PowerHouse provides an order confirmation or otherwise communicates acceptance. Automated messages acknowledging receipt do not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. If we cancel an accepted, prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion using the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Orders are intended for personal, lawful use and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.

Online payments are processed through Square. Additional or alternative payment providers may be identified at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the processor and PowerHouse Juicing to charge the disclosed order total. Payment processing is also subject to the provider’s Square’s applicable terms and privacy notice. PowerHouse Juicing does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Available fulfillment methods, service areas, delivery schedules, shipping options, charges, and estimated timing will be shown at checkout or in the separately posted Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery or shipping address and for arranging prompt receipt of perishable products. Delivery and shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address errors, holidays, supply conditions, or events beyond reasonable control.

Once an order is delivered to the address provided or collected at pickup, the customer is responsible for promptly inspecting, storing, and handling the products. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Cold-pressed juice is perishable. Customers must promptly retrieve delivered or shipped orders and follow all refrigeration, freezing, thawing, shaking, separation, use-by, and other handling instructions shown on the product label or provided with the order.

Natural separation, settling, and reasonable variations in color, texture, or flavor may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect. Do not consume a product if its seal is compromised, the bottle is damaged or leaking, the product appears spoiled, or safe temperature control may have been lost. Contact PowerHouse Juicing promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that raises a food-safety concern.

Because food and beverages are perishable, products generally cannot be returned for resale. Requests involving damaged, incorrect, missing, or potentially unsafe products will be reviewed under the separately posted Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers may be required to provide the order number, photographs, packaging information, and a description of the issue. Any replacement, credit, or refund is subject to the posted policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and product label before consuming a product. If website information and the physical product label differ, customers should rely on the current physical label and contact PowerHouse Juicing with questions before consumption.

Individuals with food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or medication concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional and contact PowerHouse Juicing before ordering. Do not assume that a product is free from a specific allergen or suitable for a particular diet unless that statement is expressly provided on the product’s current packaging.

PowerHouse Juicing provides food and wellness products, not medical care. Website content, product descriptions, ingredient information, suggested benefits, testimonials, and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual experiences vary. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding allergies, pregnancy, medications, health conditions, dietary changes, cleanses, fasting, or other wellness decisions. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

Promotions, discount codes, gift offers, loyalty benefits, and limited-time programs may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, or other conditions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

If subscription or recurring-order services are offered in the future, the price, frequency, billing authorization, modification options, cancellation method, and any additional terms will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges will not begin without the customer’s authorization.

By using the website or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to complete transactions, provide receipts, send order and delivery updates, respond to requests, and administer the services.

Promotional email or text communications will be sent only as permitted by law. Customers may use the unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails or reply STOP to qualifying promotional text messages. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent necessary transactional or customer-service communications.

The website and its content—including the PowerHouse Juicing name, logos, designs, text, photographs, product names, graphics, page layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to PowerHouse Juicing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

PowerHouse grants customers a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for personal, noncommercial use. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, displayed, used to create derivative works, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may not:

• Use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or payment services.
• Introduce malicious code, scrape content in an abusive manner, or bypass technical protections.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment authorization, delivery information, or affiliation with PowerHouse Juicing.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Resell products without written authorization.
• Use website content or product information to make false, deceptive, or unsupported health claims.

We may restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens customers, the business, or the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Products remain subject to applicable food-safety, labeling, and consumer-protection laws. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, PowerHouse Juicing disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory warranty or consumer right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerHouse Juicing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

For claims that may legally be limited, PowerHouse Juicing’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by a legally actionable product defect, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every customer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a lawsuit, you and PowerHouse Juicing agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to stephanie@powerhouse-juicing.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama, subject to applicable law. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, using an eligible small-claims process, or contacting a government agency.

We may update these Terms as the website, products, services, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features or access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
