PowerHouse Juicing (“PowerHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, place or prepare to place an order, contact us, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our products and services.

This policy applies to information handled by PowerHouse Juicing. Third-party providers, including Square, may process information under their own privacy policies.

  • Order and transaction information, including products, quantities, bottle sizes, order history, delivery or shipping preferences, and customer-service communications.

  • Marketing preferences and any consent you provide for promotional email or text communications.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Square. Square may collect payment-card, billing, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. PowerHouse Juicing does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Square’s handling of that information is governed by Square’s Privacy Notice.

Shopping-cart information

The current website uses browser local storage to remember the products, sizes, and quantities placed in your cart. This information remains on your device unless you clear your cart or browser storage. The cart does not currently process payments.

Information collected automatically

Our website and hosting providers may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, and dates and times of visits. This information may be used for security, troubleshooting, website performance, and aggregated usage analysis.

Wellness or dietary information

If you voluntarily share dietary preferences, allergies, wellness goals, or similar information while requesting assistance, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website.

PowerHouse Juicing does not sell or rent personal information for money. Third-party services may have separate privacy practices, and customers should review those providers’ notices.

The shopping cart currently uses browser local storage to retain selected products, bottle sizes, and quantities. You can remove locally stored cart information by clearing the cart or your browser data. Marketing Communications

We will send promotional emails or text messages only as permitted by law and based on the consent or relationship required for that communication. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message and may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP when that option is provided. We may still send non-promotional messages concerning orders, deliveries, account security, or customer-service requests.

Requests concerning information processed directly by Square may also need to be submitted to Square through its privacy-request process.

The website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

PowerHouse Juicing provides food and wellness products and is not a healthcare provider. This website is not designed to receive medical records or protected health information and should not be used for medical emergencies or medical advice. Purchasing Analytics

To understand which products people look at and where our checkout could work better, we collect a small amount of first-party information about the purchasing funnel on this website. We do not use any third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or cross-site cookies.

The only fields we store per event are:

  • An anonymous random session identifier stored on your device only.
  • The type of event (for example: product viewed, added to cart, checkout started, payment attempted, purchase completed).
  • An optional product identifier from our own catalog.
  • An optional item count and cart total in cents.
  • The page path on our own site (no query strings, no fragments).
  • An optional payment method category (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay).
  • The server time the event was received.

We do not store your name, email, phone number, address, ZIP, order notes, payment card details, wallet tokens, Square payment or order identifiers, IP address, user-agent, or referrer with these events.

We honor the browser Do Not Track signal and the opt-out toggle below. Analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days.
